According to NorthJersey.com, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office issued a statement saying two 22-year-olds were shot at a large shopping center near the Hudson River. While performing at a concert in New Jersey, Lil Tjay was shot multiple times. He was taken to the operating room and is now in stable condition. The shooting occurred at the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park, NJ, around 11 p.m. local time (4 a.m. EST).
A suspect has been apprehended and charged with the crime. Jay’s manager confirmed that he was shot multiple times but did not say how many. According to him, the injuries are not life-threatening.
